Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is a mixed bag - the rooms are spacious and modern but heavily smell of cigarette smoke, which is disappointing given the high price. The service, on the other hand, is top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. The location is unbeatable, close to all the main attractions, although the dining options are somewhat lacking. Overall, it offers a great service but falls short on room quality and dining experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it feel like a luxurious stay, but unfortunately, they were very noisy throughout the night. On the bright side, the room was made up daily free of charge, which added a nice touch that big hotels don't always offer.
My stay at this hotel was quite the experience! The rooms, although very modern and clean, had a western exposure that let in intense light, requiring eyeshades, sunscreen, and a wide-brimmed hat. Despite being extra clean and orderly, they were quite noisy all through the night. The service was very accommodating and helpful, and the staff was friendly, going the extra mile to compensate us for any inconvenience. The location couldn't have been better for exploring CU campus, dining on The Hill, or enjoying everything around Pearl Street. However, the dining options, though serving good coffee, were pretty basic and could use an upgrade. Facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
